Quick FAQs

1. Can therapy fit into my busy schedule as a tech professional?

Yes — I offer flexible scheduling for virtual and in-person sessions, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend availability for clients managing high-demand roles.

2. How is ADHD-informed therapy different from traditional therapy?

ADHD-informed therapy is tailored to how your brain actually works — addressing executive function, masking, hyperfocus, and emotional regulation — not just symptoms.

3. I suspect I have ADHD but haven’t been diagnosed. Can therapy help?

Absolutely. Therapy can help you understand your cognitive patterns, identify executive function challenges, and create strategies to thrive, whether or not you pursue a formal diagnosis.

4. Will therapy help me manage burnout while still maintaining high performance?

Yes. We focus on sustainable strategies that support productivity, emotional regulation, and rest — so you can perform without constantly running on overdrive.

5. Can therapy improve my communication at work and in relationships?

Yes. We work on emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and clear communication skills that are practical for both professional and personal relationships.

6. How long will it take to notice real changes?

Clients often notice small shifts in focus, calm, and confidence within the first few sessions. Sustainable change grows as we implement tailored strategies for your brain and lifestyle.

7. Why are sessions $250–$285 per session, no insurance?

Private-pay sessions allow for flexible, tailored, high-touch therapy that meets your neurodivergent, high-achiever brain where it is — with confidentiality, strategic depth, and measurable results.

8. Do virtual sessions work as well as in-person sessions?

Yes. Virtual therapy uses secure, HIPAA-compliant technology, and many clients find it convenient and effective, especially those balancing high-demand careers or remote work.

9. Can therapy help me stop overthinking and feeling stuck?

Absolutely. Therapy focuses on breaking the loops of anxiety, perfectionism, and ADHD-driven overthinking, helping you experience calm, clarity, and control.

10. Is this therapy right for me if I’m successful but constantly exhausted?

Yes. This therapy is designed for high-achieving adults — particularly tech professionals, healthcare workers, entrepreneurs, and neurodivergent women — who want to thrive without sacrificing themselves.
