My Path to Therapy

My dedication to therapy is deeply personal

Growing up on the East Coast, I was someone who often needed support, but didn’t have easy access to it. This led me to work in early childhood education and behavioral health in group homes.

My experiences cemented my desire to be the knowledgeable, empathetic guide for others that I once needed myself.

Mastering the Urgency

My expertise lies in co-regulation, helping clients build tolerance and transform the sense of urgency often tied to ADHD and anxiety into behavior driven by ease and long-term sustainability.

The Urgency to Ease Specialist

I offer premium, private-pay therapy, specializing in helping high-achieving professionals in tech, healthcare, academia, and business move past anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout to achieve structural, lasting change.

Therapy can help, I can help.

Hi I’m AJ!

I grew up in the South Shore suburbs of Massachusetts. I played a lot of sports. Growing up my dog Raja was my constant companion!

My academic journey led me to UMASS Dartmouth where I graduated cum laude in Crime and Justice Studies with a minor in African American Studies. I followed that with a Master’s degree from Simmons College in Social Work through the intensive Urban Leadership Program.

My dedication and support to others with anxiety and ADHD is deeply personal. I know that sometimes you need insight and sometimes you need action and accountability. I pride myself on offering both to help clients succeed.

Insight + Movement

As a college level athlete I played a lot of sports. Including bodybuilding, soccer, rugby, and volleyball. Currently, I lean more towards yoga and Pilates. And I am an aerialist (silks & sling).

I am always looking for ways to blend movement and mindfulness.

As a therapist, I encourage clients to focus on a mind body connection. I often start with building manageable healthy routines so that clients can feel the win they need to make change and feel momentum.

Outside of Therapy: You’ll Find Me Speaking on Stage

I’m a passionate speaker and educator who loves helping others create a life they genuinely want to wake up for, focusing on the importance of family, support, and community, maternal mental health (as a person with ADHD/Anxiety), and the powerful mind/body connection through fitness.
